Machining Capacity
Turning, milling and grinding. We specialise in jobbing work, however with the addition of our CNC milling machine centre we are also in a position to do production work. We have Mastercam Cad cam package in addition to other design software and CNC machining capability. We have alot of experience now in CNC machining and can deliver quality competitively price machined components.
Machine and Metal fabrication
General welding and fitting. We have been known to fabricate quality industrial benches, racks, frames, stands and machines. some of our custom built stands are shown here in these pictures.
Maintenance
We provide a complex and thorough maintenance service. This service includes repairs to engineering machinery, manufacturing broken and/or obsolete parts, trouble shooting, and preventive maintenance. Specialising in electric, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
We are also able to maintain your press tools (sharpen and service dies and punches).
We also grind cutting, sharp edge, flat and serrated rule to various sizes
We are very knowledgable in maintaining high pressure water jet cutting machines and can offer services in maintenance. We have refined waterjet nozzles to allow less downtime, so you have more efficient production.
We also can give advise on gearing and ratios of gear trains

BEVEL CUTTING SERVICES NEW!!
We now have the capability to manually bevel cut plastic core flute material and ecopanel in any thickness up to 12mm thick, so that material can be bent at perfect 90 degree mitre angles.
ELECTRICAL TESTING AND TAGGING
In-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment (AS/NZS 3760:2003)
We can now provide external services to other business with regards to their testing and tagging needs. We are very competent with all electrical matters and can competitively service any clients needs.
We are trained professionals who understand the complexity and nature of the Australian Testing Safety Standard AS/NZS 3760:2003 as brought into affect into local industry.
We can test and tag for the safety of both class l and class ll electrical appliances. And also in regards to industrial plant equipment or hire equipment. We have the top of the range industrial electrical tagging equipment which helps us be efficient in testing and tagging and also with record keeping which is required under the standard guidelines.
Our testing includes:
Test of earthing continuity.
Insulation Testing.
Insulation resistance testing of portable safety isolating transformers.
Test for operaing time of RCDs(Residual Current Devices).
Insulation resistance testing of a power pack.
Polarity testing for extension cords and IEC Appliance cords (fully insulated electrical cords and socket type).
And inspection and testing for visible signs of damage or deterioration.
We also can advise a client on what is the best frequency of testing should be performed as recommended in the AS/NZS 3760:2003.
We can understand 3-phase motors and equipment so can also test 3 phase appliances used in industry. This new service also allows us to carry out inhouse testing on any electrical products which we may manufacture in the future.
