Our Tuckpointing tools are made from special wear resistant tool steel,
and are fully hardened and precision ground to insure perfect edge and long tool life.
We have been supplying professional tradesmen throughout Australia for nearly 2 decade,
aswell as hobbyists and those interested in learning this unique trade.
Our Tuckpointing Tools are available in two standard lengths: 75mm and 125mm.
Standard tools are available in 2 common thickness's: 4mm and 6mm. We also manufacture tools in 8mm and 10 mm thicknesses.
Customised Tuckpointing tools
We also manufacture custom tuckpointing tools; for example the following tuckpointing tools have 30mm of flat length and made
with a square edge which can more easily get to hard to reach mortar in the brickwork, like around window ledges.
They all have professional sharp ground edges.

These tools below have a 12mm tapered groove with large flat surfaces on both sides for a customised
restoration work.
beaded tuckpointing tools
Standard beaded tools are made out of 6mm or 8mm thick steel.
This one below is an 8mm thick, 125mm long tuckpointing tool with a 5mm bead groove and a
6mm thick, 75mm long square beaded tool.
All beaded tools have profiles ground in after hardening, which leads to a higher quality durable finish.
All square beaded tools are made with a slight taper on both sides which allow easy removal of mortar,
for neat lines.

These knives allow a tuckpointer to cut both sides of the mortar lines in one pass, saving time

Plastic Mallets for Die Cutting Industry
Mallets are heavy duty and made from durable reinforced plastic.
This plastic material is specially manufactured and chosen for its high durability and long lasting qualities,
aswell as its ability not to shatter or splinter under impact.
They come with an ergonomic wooden handle which is screwed in for long life.
We manufacture 2 sizes, Large 80mm diameter and Small 50mm diameter.

WE MANUFACTURE AND FIT CUSTOM LIFTING TRAYS FOR UTILITIES!
The above utility vehicle was converted by us and made into a hydraulic lifting tray.
This vehicle is now perfect for rubbish removal jobs and certain trades where unloading is easily performed without having
to break your back.
Please note that our design is very compact and non-obtrusive, therefore passers by won't even notice that you have a tipper tray.
Hydraulics are positioned within the chassis so they cannot be stolen or tampered with when tray is down.
We install a special key lock which you need to enable the lifting tray hydraulics to operate,
therefore this is a safety feature so no one can tamper with the tray when vehicle is not in use. Tray will lift 1 ton load.
